Terms of business
The basis for working with our studio.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Scope
These terms describe the framework for business-to-business studio services by Rashad Jungbluth, trading as AI Acquisition, at the address in the legal notice. They apply only when incorporated into the relevant contract before it is concluded. Individually agreed terms take precedence. These are not terms of use or sale for our consumer apps; those products require their own terms.
2. Enquiries and agreement
Information on this website and the contact form are an invitation to discuss a project. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order, create a payment obligation or grant permission to begin paid work. The parties agree on the services and commercial terms separately. A project begins only after a separate agreement has been reached.
3. Scope and collaboration
The individual agreement defines deliverables, platforms, responsibilities, milestones, review procedures and any acceptance requirements. Services may include strategy, design, development, launch, marketing and maintenance. Clients provide agreed information, access, feedback and materials and ensure that they may lawfully supply and use them. Changes to scope, timing or budget are agreed before the additional work is carried out.
4. Fees and third-party costs
Fees, payment dates, taxes and any third-party costs are stated in the individual offer or agreement. This website does not establish a fixed project price or recurring subscription. Hosting, app-store accounts, paid tools, advertising budgets and third-party licences are included only where expressly agreed. Additional expenditure requires agreement.
5. Rights and third-party components
The agreement defines ownership, source-code delivery and the scope of usage rights. No rights to software, concepts or content are transferred merely by visiting this website or sending an enquiry. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences. The rights needed to operate the agreed product must be addressed in the project agreement.
6. Release, growth and ongoing care
App stores and other platforms make their own review and release decisions. Marketing results depend on factors beyond the studio’s control. A particular store approval, ranking, revenue or number of users is not promised unless expressly agreed. Maintenance, support, hosting, response times and future releases require a defined agreement; they are not included indefinitely by default.
7. Confidentiality and personal data
Confidential project information is used for the agreed collaboration and is not disclosed without a lawful basis. Where a project requires processing personal data on a client’s behalf, the necessary data-processing agreement and technical arrangements must be made before that processing begins. The website privacy policy explains how enquiries are handled.
8. Statutory rights and individual agreements
Statutory provisions apply to liability, defects, termination and other matters unless a valid individual agreement provides otherwise. These terms do not limit mandatory statutory rights. The applicable law and any jurisdiction agreement are determined by the individual contract and the relevant legal rules. If a provision is ineffective, the applicable statutory provision takes its place.
