For privacy requests, use the email above or hello@jungbluth.ai. This policy covers this studio website and its enquiry form. Individual apps have their own privacy information.
2. Visiting the website
The website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. To deliver pages, protect the service and investigate errors, the hosting providers process technical information such as IP address, time of access, requested URL, browser and device information, and response status.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure, stable and accessible website. Fonts, illustrations, technology logos and 3D objects are provided from this website. Loading them does not connect your browser to Google Fonts, LinkedIn or the companies whose logos appear on the page.
3. Enquiries and the contact form
If you send the form, we store your name, email address, project description, optional platform choice, a request identifier and the time of submission in a Cloudflare D1 database. We use these details to assess and respond to the enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. Access is limited to people handling the enquiry and the technical providers needed to run the service. We do not add you to a newsletter or advertising audience through this form.
Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. General enquiries and communications on behalf of a business are processed under Article 6(1)(f), based on our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence. Name, email and project description are needed to process the form; the platform is optional. Without the required information, the form cannot be submitted. You can contact us directly by email instead. Please do not send passwords, health information or other sensitive personal data.
If you use an email link, your email application opens. A message is sent only when you send it yourself. Email correspondence is then handled by our mail services and by us for the same purposes.
4. Cookies and privacy settings
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, profiling tools or embedded third-party videos on this website. Necessary security and delivery functions of the hosting providers may use technical storage. Such storage is used only where necessary to provide the requested service, under § 25(2) TDDDG.
When you save your privacy settings, the browser stores the key aa-privacy-choice-v1 in local storage. It contains the necessary-only choice, the notice version and a timestamp, without a personal identifier. We do not receive this record. It is valid for up to 180 days and is removed or renewed when you next visit after expiry. You can also remove it through your browser settings. Your language is selected through the URL, without a separate preference cookie.
5. Recipients and international processing
Technical recipients include OpenAI as the Sites platform provider and Cloudflare as an infrastructure and database provider. Depending on service delivery and support, processing can take place outside the EU or EEA, including in the United States. This website does not make an EU-only hosting commitment. International transfers are subject to the requirements of Chapter V GDPR, including an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You can request information about the safeguards applicable to your data from the contact above.
Provider information: OpenAI · Cloudflare · Cloudflare data processing terms.
6. Retention
The retention period depends on the purpose and the status of your enquiry. We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle the enquiry, prepare or carry out a contract, meet statutory retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where these purposes no longer apply, the information is to be deleted. Technical logs follow the hosting providers’ operational and security retention periods. The saved browser preference has the separate 180-day validity described above.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you through this website.
You may complain to a data protection authority, for example the authority in North Rhine-Westphalia: LDI NRW.
8. External links and changes
External links, including LinkedIn, open the provider’s own website only when you follow them. Their privacy policies then apply. We update this notice when the website or its processing changes. New optional tracking services will require a separate choice before activation.
